Group menus at La Vasca: options for everyone

La Vasca offers four exclusive menus that stand out for the quality of their ingredients and the variety of their offerings. From starters to desserts, each menu is crafted for you to enjoy a complete and delicious experience.

La Vasca Menu – €42

Starters:

  • Gilda with Cantabrian anchovy.
  • Crystal bread with Ramallet tomato and EVOO.
  • Russian salad with ventresca slices.
  • Two croquettes:
    • Squid in ink (one per person).
    • Boletus and truffle (one per person).
  • Meat bomb with spicy sauce and green mustard.

Mains (choice of one):

  • Old cow entrecôte with fries and padrón peppers.
  • Cod tacos with batter, pan-fried potatoes, and confit red peppers.
  • (Vegan and vegetarian options available).

Dessert:

  • Basque cheesecake with honey and walnuts.
  • Petit Fours.

Beverages included:

Water, coffee, and magnum wine (one per every 4 people).

Menú La Despensa – 48 €

Starters:

  • Anchovies from Santoña.
  • Octopus toast with aioli.
  • Iberian ham platter with glass bread and tomato Ramallet.
  • Classic potato omelette.
  • Basque txuleta croquette.

Seconds to choose:

  • Entrecote of old cow with french fries and padron peppers.
  • Grilled sea bass with vegetables and potatoes.
  • Veal cheek with truffled mashed potatoes in its own juice.
  • (Vegan and vegetarian option).

Dessert:

  • Basque cheesecake with honey and walnuts.

  • Mushroom and Idiazábal cheese omelette.

  • Entrecote of old cow with french fries and padron peppers.
  • Cod au gratin with honey aioli, roasted eggplant and potato confit.
  • Red tuna tartar with avocado and mango coulis.
