Timeline:
In 2018, we opened our first restaurant, La Vasca, originating this gastronomic family with a unique vision.
Despite the challenges brought by the pandemic, two years later El Vasco was born in 2020, closely followed by Kamaleónico in 2021, and our most recent achievement, the exciting project El Marino, in 2023.
Each of them represents our passion for gastronomy, our Basque essence, and the desire to offer unforgettable experiences.
