Welcome to La Vasca Mexicana, the new gastronomic concept that brings together two culinary cultures.
Located on Carrer Bonaire, 21, in the heart of Palma, La Vasca Mexicana is the latest venture from Grupo La Vasca, a proposal that unites the essence of Basque cuisine with the passion and vibrancy of Mexico. A unique concept where northern flames meet the fresh, spicy aromas from across the Atlantic.
On its menu, the classics of Euskadi are reimagined with a Mexican twist, such as guacamoles with crispy pork belly or grilled chorizo criollo, croquettes with mole, prawn or txistorra tacos, and quesadillas with beans or mushrooms.
La Vasca Mexicana is an invitation to enjoy without borders, where every dish is a round trip between the Cantabrian coast and Mexico.
