Welcome to Sukalde, a new chapter in contemporary Basque cuisine in Palma
Located at 19 Carrer de Bonaire, in one of Palma’s most vibrant areas, Sukalde is about to embark on a new chapter alongside the venues of Grupo La Vasca. A natural evolution that reinforces our approach to gastronomy: produce, technique and a contemporary take on Basque cuisine.
Sukalde means ‘kitchen’ in Basque: the place where families gathered, chatted and cooked over a low heat. An idea that goes beyond the physical space and defines the essence of the project: sharing, enjoying without rushing and valuing every detail.
In this new location, Sukalde is part of a lively setting, close to the city centre, establishing a meeting place where the group’s various offerings coexist in a single space.
Our culinary offering strikes a balance between tradition and creativity, reinterpreting Basque tradition from a contemporary perspective, with a particular focus on ingredients and cooking times.
We will be sharing more information very soon about this new chapter and everything that lies ahead.
